Thank you again for your patience with our curbside protocol during the last 8 weeks. We are pleased to announce some changes to our services that will hopefully bring some welcomed normalcy to your visits:
Beginning Monday, June 1st clients may enter the building with pets. If you are uncomfortable with coming into the building please do not hesitate to call. A veterinarian or staff member can retrieve your pet for their visit. While in the building we ask that everyone wears a mask/facial covering in accordance with Governor Northam’s recent order. If you forget or do not have a mask we can provide one for you. We strongly encourage one family member per animal patient to enter the building. We will be limiting the waiting room to 2 clients/2 patients at a time. If you are picking up medicine, we encourage you to call, and we will bring it out to you. Our staff will continue to sanitize the waiting rooms and exam rooms after each appointment. As always, if you are having symptoms of illness or feeling unwell, please stay home.
